2021-2022 Winter League

Online registration for the 2021-2022 Winter League is now open.  There will be no walk-in registration this year.

Important changes for the 2021-2022 Winter League that we encourage you to consider before you register:
  - All practices and games this year will be at the WCCC.  We do not have access to the WSFCS for games or practices, so the number of players we can register will be significantly fewer than previous years.
  - Due to the limited flexibility we will have in scheduling practices, we will not be able to accommodate any player practice night requests.  If your child is assigned to a team that practices on a night he or she is not available, no team reassignment will be made.  Also, practices for all 7th and 8th grade players and some 6th grade players will start at 8:30pm (Monday-Thursday).  Please consider this before registering as the refund deadline is before the date you will know your child's team assignment or practice night/time.
  - If the division you want to register in has a wait list, we encourage you to go ahead and register.  You do not need to pay anything to register for the wait list.
  - All registration fees must be paid in full for your registration to be complete.  We encourage you to register and pay online as this is the quickest way to complete your registration and ensure your child has a spot on the division roster.  You will receive an email from the registration system when your registration is complete.
  - If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you can do so and receive a refund of your registration fee up until November 5, 2021.  After that date, no refunds will be paid unless we cancel a division due to limited enrollment.

Important reminders for the 2021-2022 Winter League:
  - As a community we are still faced with many COVID challenges.  As a League we will follow all local Forsyth County Health Department and WSFCS COVID guidance and protocols.  This guidance and corresponding protocols may change over time and we request your full cooperation and assistance in complying with any and all COVID protocols we may put in place.
  - WCCC Youth Basketball is an entirely volunteer-run organization.  Even the people you see at the scorer's table or in concessions every time you are at your child's game are volunteers.  While we believe being a volunteer-lead organization is one of the keys to our success, it does take parents like you stepping up to serve as a coach or division director if our League will continue into the future.  Please consider stepping up to fill one of these critical roles.  You can indicate your interest when registering your child or by email to [email protected]

We are so excited to have basketball back at the WCCC and are looking forward to a great season!!
